Eldon Housing Association Ltd is a Charitable Housing Association and is an established provider of supported housing for the older people of Croydon and has expanded its support services to include care. This Domiciliary Care service enables Tenants to stay longer in their own home.

Its caring management service is extended to other Housing Associations in the South East together with Administrative and Consultancy services to others further afield.

A small number of general family flats complete its portfolio and these are dedicated to Croydon Council’s Common Housing Register whereas the Association maintains its own waiting list for its sheltered schemes.
