About Us

Executive Team

The Association is led by the Chief Executive, Mrs E F Rangé, MRICS, who is a multi-disciplined Chartered Surveyor with experience in the developing Housing Association movement since 1974

She is responsible for the Association’s existing business and future expansion in line with its strategy with the support of the Senior Management Team which comprises a Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Manager.

Miss D Bate, Head of Corporate Services, manages the Association’s central services including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal and Company Secretariat. She has 20 years of financial and management experience which she brings to the Association to strengthen the Executive Team.
