Senior Management Team

The Association's loan portfolio and its associated risks created by the private finance procurement requirements are controlled by the Finance Manager, Miss D Mitchell ACCA who brings commercial expertise and housing association financial skills to the organisation.

The delivery of the Association’s care services is managed by the Registered Care Manager, Mrs J Hughes, who has over 20 years experience in the care of older people.

Mr D Nixon, Facilities Manager, is responsible for the maintenance of all of the Association’s buildings and equipment together with the 3 Croydon Council owned Homes for the Future Residential Care Homes.
