Senior Management Team

The Association is led by the Chief Executive, Mrs E F Rangé, MRICS, who is a multi-disciplined Chartered Surveyor with experience in the developing Housing Association movement since 1974

She is responsible for the Association’s existing business and future expansion in line with its strategy with the support of the Senior Management Team which comprises a Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Manager.

The operation of the core business is managed by the Deputy Chief Executive, Mr N Walker MCIH, who has extensive housing management knowledge and experience.

The Association's loan portfolio and its associated risks created by the private finance procurement requirements are controlled by the Finance Manager, Miss D Mitchell ACCA who brings commercial expertise and housing association financial skills to the organisation.
