By maintaining a financially stable business including minimising development risk; implementing best practice Treasury Management; maintaining a healthy balance sheet; monitoring weekly cash flows and projections; controlling rent levels within affordability guidelines and in compliance with current legislation; keeping a tight control of general management, maintenance and service costs.

7. By continuing effective management ensuring a responsive management and maintenance service at all times; adhering to the performance criteria laid down by the Housing Corporation and maintaining its caring, sensitive management style.

8. By providing a total quality service through consulting tenants and staff; promoting User Involvement; monitoring contractors providing services and involving tenants in the review process of service delivery.
