Aims and Objectives

The Association has been operating since 1982, predominantly providing supported housing for the older people of Croydon.

The Board of Management regularly reviews its overall strategy.

Its current aims and objectives are:-

1. To be a premier provider of Flexible Supported Housing and Care reflecting the needs of the diverse ethnic community within the London Borough of Croydon.

2. To maintain independence.

3. To continue to provide property and quality services for older people.

4. To continue to work in partnership with Croydon Council in the provision of supported housing.

5. To provide management services in partnership with smaller housing associations.

6. To rationalise its portfolio and utilise its assets.

7. To pursue opportunities of independent development.

8. To adapt and enhance its facilities to meet the changing needs of its tenants and/or current legislation.

9. To protect the Association’s business against identified risks and external influences including competition.
