Current Position

Eldon Housing Association houses older people requiring varying levels of support and people with special needs. It provides and aims to maintain a good quality service to all its tenants.

The Association also provides a total management service to smaller housing associations whilst enabling them to retain their individual identity.

The Future

The Association intends to increase its stock to meet the demand for specialist housing. It will continue to strengthen its position within the local community and enhance its profile to achieve the necessary support whilst maintaining its commitment to affordable housing and quality service.
