How to Apply

Applications for housing are accepted through the following means:

• Direct applications
• Local Authority nominations
• Referral agencies

To be eligible, applicants need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be 60 years and above at the time of application
  (or 55 years and above if registered disabled)
• Have a local connection to the London Borough of Croydon
• Be in need of supported housing
  (Please note that these are standard eligibility requirements for sheltered housing)

A short pre-application check will be carried out on the telephone, to ensure your eligibility and/or suitability for our schemes.

You can also write a letter of enquiry addressed to the Housing Services Team, containing your contact details and stating your requirement.
