General

Whilst general housing is a small provision for the Association, the 3 and 4 bedroom flats at Coombe Road help towards reducing the number of homeless families in Croydon.

There is also a need for single person accommodation in the Borough and the 7 flats at Allan House in Purley go some way to help this provision.

Both these schemes have a very low turnover of tenants but house single people and families registered on the Common Housing Register administered by Croydon Council of which the Association is a signed up member. The Association therefore does not operate a waiting list for General Housing, applicants should contact Croydon Council’s Housing Team on Housing@croydon.gov.uk
