Facilities Management

The Hard Facilities Management services, which are equipment servicing, general day-to-day maintenance and cyclical redecorations are carried out by the in-house Maintenance Team and, where required, specialist contractors in particular for planned preventative maintenance and service agreements.

Soft Facilities Management services, which are catering, cleaning and laundry, are also provided to clients by in-house staff.

Eldon Housing Association is renowned in Croydon for its high quality Facilities Management services. This is demonstrated by its selection to provide these services for Croydon Council within its Homes for the Future (New for Old) PFI Project.
