The Association has continued to expand its business initially through Management, Administration and Consultancy services, then its Domiciliary Care Services and finally Facilities Management.
Following the increased financial constraints placed on Housing Associations wishing to follow development expansion programmes the Association diversified by offering management services to small vulnerable Housing Associations.
This proved successful as these smaller organisations were able to maintain their identity and continue to operate independently.
This service expanded to provide a less intrusive service of administrative and consultancy advice enabling some of our partners to continue their own management with our support.
In 2004 the Association registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency in order to provide care services to its tenants, this service has now expanded to other clients and it is its intention to offer these services to others in the future.
‘The Association delivers Facilities Management services to Croydon Council’s 3 Homes for the Future Nursing Homes and 4 specialist Day Centres and it is its intention to offer these services to others in the future.
The Association aims to provide a professional and caring service to all of its partners and clients.
