The Association has continued to expand its business initially through Management, Administration and Consultancy services, then its Domiciliary Care Services and finally Facilities Management.
Following the increased financial constraints placed on Housing Associations wishing to follow development expansion programmes the Association diversified by offering management services to small vulnerable Housing Associations.
This proved successful as these smaller organisations were able to maintain their identity and continue to operate independently.
This service expanded to provide a less intrusive service of administrative and consultancy advice enabling some of our partners to continue their own management with our support.
Due to the removal of care services to its extra care schemes the Association created its Domiciliary Care Agency function to provide these services to its own tenants and this has now expanded to other clients.
With the achievement of the recent PFI project the Association will be delivering Facilities Management services to Croydon Council and it is its intention to offer these services to others in the future.
The Association aims to provide a professional and caring service to all of its partners and clients.
