Cherchefelle Housing Association Ltd
Having managed a residential hostel for some 15 years for people who had recovered from mental health problems and having forged a strong partnership with East Surrey Health Authority the Association negotiated its redevelopment to provide much needed independent / re-enablement accommodation for this client group.

As Eldon Housing Association did not have the specialist support expertise to manage this facility the Association formed a partnership with Cherchefelle Housing Association in 2002 who leased the building from the Association and provides this much needed specialist support for their own Tenants. This new form of partnership is one that the Association seeks to build upon in the future.
