Caring 4 Croydon
Through its service provision to others the Association formed a Consortium with a local renowned construction company, Geoffrey Osborne Homes Ltd, and a specialist in PFI investment funding, UMEI Ltd, and bid for the New for Old Project with Croydon Council.

The consortium now known as Caring 4 Croydon having won the bid constructed 3 residential/nursing schemes and 1 Extra Care housing scheme all with day centre facilities and additional one-stop services.

The Association provides Facilities Management services to all the schemes within the now renamed Homes for the Future Project with the Extra Care Scheme known as Fellows Court added to its own stock as Landlord.

The Association remains interested in developing this type of partnership arrangement with others and welcomes enquiries.
